Food and Wine Events: The Georgian Table partners with local chefs, food entrepreneurs, home cooks, and businesses to host meals, tastings, and other events focused around Georgian food and wine. Most events take place in the Washington, DC area.
Classes and Educational Services: I provide classes and tutorials in a variety of formats according to each client’s needs. Learn to make your own khachapuri at home, try your hand at making an array of Georgian appetizers, or get a guided Georgian wine tasting. I also speak to interested groups about Georgian foodways and wine traditions.
Recipe and Menu Development: I adapt traditional Georgian recipes for international cooks and create my own inspired by modern Georgian flavors. I also assist in menu development for pop-up dinners, supper clubs, restaurants, and personalized plans.
Freelance Writing and Editing: I produce and edit content on Georgian food, wine, and tourism for a variety of publications, websites, and clients.
